Olive Tapenade Toasts

Olive Tapenade Toasts


  • 2 large cloves Garlic

  • 3oz pimento-stuffed green olives, drained

  • 3 oz pitted black olives, drained

  • 3 oz Kalamata olives, drained

  • 1 T Basil

  • 3 T Olive Oil

  • 2 c finely grated parmesan cheese


  • In food processor or a blender place garlic, olives and basil and pulse until coarsely chopped. Slowly ad olive oil and continue blending till desired consistency.
  • Chill in frig for 3-4 hrs.
  • Slice french bread and spread with olive mix. Sprinkle with cheese and toast in 350 oven for 10 -15 minutes or till cheese is melted.
