Stollen

1 cup golden raisins 1 cup dried cherries 1 cup chopped crystallized ginger 1 cup sliced or slivered almonds ? cup orange liqueur (like Grand Marnier or Cointreau) 1¾ cups (3½ sticks) butter ? cup milk, preferably not skim 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup 

Pasta Fazool Soup

2 lbs Ground Beef 2 cloves Garlic, minced 1 med Sweet Onion, diced 1 Yellow Pepper, diced 1 c Carrots, shredded 1 c Celery, diced 28 oz Tomatoes, canned diced 96 oz Beef Broth 32 oz Navy Beans, drained 10 oz Ditalini Pasta 2 1/2 

Tuna Pasta Salad

1 box or bag of dried pasta ( I prefer rotinni, shells or bowties, since they seem to hold more taste)
1 large can Albacore tuna in water, drained and crumbled
1 c diced celery
1 c diced carrots
1/2 c diced green onions
3 T mayonaise
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper

Topping
2 c sliced cherry or grape tomatoes
Crumbled Feta or Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to directions and personal taste, drain and put in large bowl. Stir in tuna, carrots, celery, green onions, mayo, lemon juice and white pepper. Chill in frig for 1 hour.

Top with cheese and tomatoes and serve. Great with red wine and crusty bread.
