Cheese Fonduta

Found this recipe for a copy cat of my favorite nibble at Olive Garden.
1 c sour cream
8oz Smoked Mozzarella
8oz Smoked Provolone
1/2 c Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch red pepper
1 Roma tomato
1T parsley
1 loaf bread
Set oven to 450F.
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream with the mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flake.
Pour the mixture into the prepared 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes, until the mixture is melted and bubbly. Garnish with diced tomatoes and parsley.
For the crispy bread slices, bake for the last 5 minutes
