2 large cloves Garlic
3oz pimento-stuffed green olives, drained
3 oz pitted black olives, drained
3 oz Kalamata olives, drained
1 T Basil
3 T Olive Oil
2 c finely grated parmesan cheese
In food processor or a blender place garlic, olives and basil and pulse until coarsely chopped. Slowly add olive oil and continue blending till desired consistency.
Chill in frig for 3-4 hrs.
Slice french bread and spread with olive mix. Sprinkle with cheese and toast in 350 oven for 10 -15 minutes or till cheese is melted.
