Cornmeal Pancakes

1-1/2 cup  multi grain flour
1-1/2 cup  Cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
4 Tablespoons Sugar
2-1/4 cups buttermilk
2 Eggs

Mix together flour, cornmeal, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk and eggs. Pour into the dry ingredients, stirring gently.

Heat small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. When oil is hot, drop 1/4 cup of batter in pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with Blackberry Raspberry Syrup
