Lemon Tea Cakes

1 1/2 cups butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 1/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
3T lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
3 cups flour

5 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cups milk
1 tsp lemon juice

In a large bowl cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, blend well. Add lemon, peel and flour and beat till mixed.

Fill greased muffin cups. Bake at 325′ for 10 – 15 minutes. Cool completely before glazing.
