1/2 c mayonaise 1/2 c sour cream 1/4 c white wine 1 T green hot sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper Mix well and chill before serving courtesy of “papa”

Bacon Dressing

4 slices of bacon, diced 1/4 c vinegar 1/4 c wter 2 T sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp white pepper Fry bacon until crisp, set aside to drain. Stir remaining ingredients into drippings and heat till simmer. Allow to cool slightly. Pour over fresh
