Parsley Carrots

1 large bunch carrots 1 small bunch fresh parsley Wash carrots and leaving them unpeeled. Rough chop the parsley. Place carrots and some of the parsley in a steamer and steam till tender but not soggy. Top with remaining parsley and butter if desired.
