Roasted Salmon

4 salmon filets
2 tbl honey
1/4 c cider vinegar
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 lemon sliced thin
2 tbl olive oil
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Aluminum foil

Mix together honey, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over salmon and marinate 4 hours.

Remove salmon from marinade and place in foil, top with lemon slices, fold into a pouch and bake in 450 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
