1 box or bag of dried pasta ( I prefer rotinni, shells or bowties, since they seem to hold more taste)
1 large can Albacore tuna in water, drained and crumbled
1 c diced celery
1 c diced carrots
1/2 c diced green onions
3 T mayonaise
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 c sliced cherry or grape tomatoes
Crumbled Feta or Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to directions and personal taste, drain and put in large bowl. Stir in tuna, carrots, celery, green onions, mayo, lemon juice and white pepper. Chill in frig for 1 hour.
Top with cheese and tomatoes and serve. Great with red wine and crusty bread.
