Orange Curd

2 oranges, zested, peeled and mashed
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 1/4 c sugar
3 beaten eggs yolks at room temperature
6 tablespoons butter
Place sugar lemon and egg yolks in a small sauce pan. Heat slowly, when sugar is melted, add orange mixture and stir till smooth. Remove from heat and add butter. Stir until melted and smooth. Put in jars and set in frig for 2-3 hours
