Bahn Mi

2 lbs pork loin
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeño chiles, seeded and diced
1 T minced ginger
1 T lemongrass
2 T soy sauce
1 T Chinese 5-spice powder
2 T sugar
juice of 1 lime
1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
2 jalapeño chiles, thinly sliced
18 fresh cilantro sprigs
6 baguettes
6 T sriracha aioli

Combine the pork, garlic, diced chiles, ginger, soy sauce, 5-spice powder, sugar, lemongrass and lime juice in crock pot and cook on low till fork tender.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the Siracha Aioli on each baguette. Place shredded pork on the baguette and top with the cucumber and chile slices. Drain the Pickeled Carrot and Daikon and pile a generous amount atop each patty. Add the cilantro sprigs and Enjoy!
