Chicken Satay & Vegetable Couscous

6 Chicken breasts (skinless/boneless)
Teriyaki Sauce
Bamboo Sticks
8 oz Creamy Peanut Butter
Mild Chile Powder (or hot if you want)
1 Box Couscous
1/2 Cup Diced Chives
1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Vegs

Cut Chicken into strips and place in a shallow pan with Teriyaki to marinade for 1 Hour.

Follow directions on box of Couscous, adding bullion cubes to water for cooking. When just about done add chives and vegs.

Place Peanut Butter in a microwavable container and warm for 1-2 min. Stir in Chile powder and microwave for 1-2 minutes more, till creamy and well blended.

Put chicken onto Bamboo Sticks and place on grill till done.

Serve Chicken over Couscous and use Peanut sauce to dip chicken
