8 battered halibut filets
1 pkg corn tortillas
16 oz black refried beans
2 boxes spanish rice
Place fish filets in a baking dish and bake till golden brown, approx 25 minutes, turning over once during baking.
Make rice according to package directions and set aside.
Place beans in microwaveable dish, top with cheese and heat till beans are warm and cheese is melted.
Place fish inside tortilla and top with Pico de Gallo and Jimaca Slaw
