4 slices of bacon, diced
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c wter
2 T sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Fry bacon until crisp, set aside to drain.
Stir remaining ingredients into drippings and heat till simmer. Allow to cool slightly.
Pour over fresh spinach, romaine and tomato salad, sprinkle on bacon bits and serve immediately
