1 half med Jicama, shredded
1 half med white cabbage, shredded
2 c shredded carrot
1 c shredded radish
1/4 c lime juice
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp dry cilantro
In a medium bowl combine jicama, cabbage, carrot, radish. In mixing cup combine sour cream, lime juice, sea salt, cumin and cilantro. Stir until well blended. Pour over cabbage mix and toss till well coated. Place in frig for 1 hour.
