Carmel Popcorn

1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
2 Cups Brown Sugar
6 Quarts Popped Corn
Larger pan for baking

Cook Butter, Syrup and Sugar to a full boil for 6 minutes. Remove from the heat and add:
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
ΒΌ Teaspoon Cream of Tarter

Mix well and pour over Popped Corn and Bake 1 hour. Cool. Store in an airtight container
