Bahn Mi

2 lbs pork loin 6 cloves garlic, minced 2 jalapeño chiles, seeded and diced 1 T minced ginger 1 T lemongrass 2 T soy sauce 1 T Chinese 5-spice powder 2 T sugar juice of 1 lime 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced 2 jalapeño chiles, 

Sriracha Aioli

1 qt Mayonaise 1/2 c Sriracha sauce (rooster sauce) 1/4 c Lime juice 1 tsp cayenne (optional) Mix together and refrigerate for at least one hour

Pickled Daikon and Carrot

1 1/2 c julienned daikon
1 1/2 c julienned carrot
3/4 c rice vinegar
1/4 c sugar

Combine the daikon, carrot, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl, tossing well to coat. Set aside to marinate.
